DG Okonjo-Iweala: Partnerships are essential for needs analyses to implement IFD Contract

At a top-level dialogue on 16 September, Director-General Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala highlighted the advantages of the Investment Assistance for Development (IFD) Arrangement for establishing and least-developed members. She also emphasized the importance of more powerful collaborations to identify what is needed by these members to plan for execution of the Agreement. The occasion was co-hosted by the long-term missions of Chile and the Republic of Korea. Chilean Ambassador SofĂ­a Boza and Oriental Ambassador Sung-yo Choi, the two co-Coordinators of the IFD Arrangement, moderated the event.
